  • "Soozie is an incredible teacher that leads with warmth and empathy. As someone who struggles to maintain a consistent exercise routine, I've found that I look forward to Soozie's classes and am excited to jump into her on-demand videos. Not only does Soozie deliver a completely unique experience with yoga, meditation, and qi gong interwoven into her sessions, she also explains the historical/cultural context behind the movements, leading you to move with intention and purpose vs. just mirroring an instructor."

    ASHLEY YUM

  • "Soozie introduced me to a powerful form of yoga and meditation that I never knew. The wisdom that seems to naturally come from this strong, yet humble human being relaxes yet motivates me every time I join her class. She somehow teaches complex moves in such a graceful way that by the end of the session, I can do something I never thought possible. Soozie, you stimulate my aspiring yogi senses, and I can't wait to join another class with you! Thank you for being you!"

    TASHA CAIRES

  • "To put it simply – Soozie changed my life. When I met her, I had just come home from a tour in Afghanistan, and I was morally and spiritually bankrupt. Suffering from PTSD an advisor suggested I try yoga as a way to relax and calm my mind. I knew nothing about yoga, its origins in India, the philosophy, and practices. I found the closest yoga studio to my apartment in Washington, D.C., and that is where I met the divine Ms. Kinstler, who would become not only my yoga teacher but my spiritual guide to a new path for my life.
