Soozie’s energy is magnetic! I so look forward to the days that my schedule works to connect to her live sessions. Soozie’s voice and stories are energizing. I love that she focuses on the seasons and teaches how our bodies are connected to this world.

I love to experience Soozie’s vibe. I really enjoy when she giggles at herself and brings her experiences from classes she has taken to share with us (the students). The unique nature of her lessons that include activity for body, mental state, spiritual connection is unmatched. I wish there were more hours in the day so that I could connect with her live whenever she shares time in her day. But the days that I can connect are my favorite days.

I am so thankful that I found Soozie through a yoga class at work. I went beyond that to sign up for her courses online and learn so much from what she has dedicated her life to sharing. I look forward to the time that I can enjoy learning from her and the videos she shares. Worth every minute, and more.
